เช้า ๆ ที่ปายอากาศเย็น ต้มเลือดหมูร้อน ๆ สักชามกับข้าวสวยคือมื้อที่เราตั้งใจทำให้ทุกวัน ร้านอยู่ติดปั๊ม ปตท. หาง่าย จอดรถสะดวก แวะมาก่อนออกเที่ยวหรือก่อนขับรถต่อได้เลย
รักษ์ต้มเลือดหมูเป็นร้านอาหารเช้าและมื้อกลางวันในตัวเมืองปาย ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 343 ตำบลเวียงใต้ ติดกับปั๊มน้ำมัน ปตท. ใครขับรถเข้าเมืองมาก็มองเห็นป้ายไม้สีแดงชื่อร้านอยู่ริมถนน
ชื่อร้านบอกเมนูหลักไว้แล้ว ต้มเลือดหมูของเราเสิร์ฟร้อน ๆ ในน้ำซุปใส มีเลือดหมู ตับ เนื้อหมู และผักใบเขียว กินคู่กับข้าวสวยเป็นมื้อเช้าที่อุ่นท้อง โดยเฉพาะในวันที่ปายมีหมอกและอากาศเย็น
นอกจากต้มเลือดหมู บนป้ายเมนูหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ยังมีก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ด ข้าวขาหมู ข้าวหน้าเป็ด ข้าวหมูกรอบ และข้าวหมูแดง มากันเป็นกลุ่มก็สั่งคนละจานแล้วแลกกันชิมได้
หน้าร้านดูไม่ใหญ่ แต่ด้านในมีโต๊ะไม้หลายตัว นั่งได้ทั้งคนที่มาคนเดียวและมากันทั้งครอบครัว ข้างร้านมีที่จอดรถกว้าง รถตู้และรถส่วนตัวเข้าออกได้สะดวก

Rak Tom Lueat Mu is a breakfast and lunch shop at 343 Wiang Tai, in the middle of Pai, right beside the PTT petrol station. Look for the red wooden sign by the road.
Our namesake dish is tom lueat mu: pork blood, liver, pork and greens in a hot clear broth, eaten with rice. The menu board also lists duck noodles, braised pork leg, duck, crispy pork and red pork on rice.
The shopfront looks small, but there are plenty of wooden tables inside and a large car park beside the shop.
